Today marks the start of the newly developed ICAO Behaviour Detection Course at the ICAO certified Aviation Security Training Centre in Douala, running from 14 to 18 July 2025.
Over the next five days, twelve (12) participants from various aviation security functions will explore practical techniques to detect unusual behaviours, assess threats, and strengthen passenger screening processes.
The course aims to equip participants with the tools to enhance protection against acts of unlawful interference, while understanding the role of behaviour detection within the wider aviation security framework.
We are pleased to welcome ICAO-certified instructors, Mrs Rekiyatu Muhammed Enehezeyi and Mr Komla Adonko, and wish all participants a productive and enriching training experience.
