As part of the preparation for the certification audit of the Quality Management System of the CCAA Training School according to the ISO 9001v2015 standard, a blank audit was held from May 31 to June 01, 2022 conducted by the certification body SGS Cameroon.
This exercise aimed to determine the ability:
- of the EFO to carry out its activities in accordance with international requirements for the quality of services,
- of the EFO Management System to be certified after evaluation of the requirements of the ISO 9001v2015 standard.
For information, the scope of the EFO QMS covers: - the management of educational resources
- carrying out training
- the design and development of products and services relating to training
- carrying out language proficiency tests in English.
